I started a sporty life with gimnastics when I was 5 years old, after I combined it with athleticism and at 9 I want it to dance, so the world of classic ballet became also a part of my life and I liked it so much I continued full time with it.

At an early age I learned that the control of our movements combined with a conscious breathing helps control our whole body and mind. 

When I started practicing Pilates I felt that all this knowledge I could get from different disciplines were combined and alined in one practice. Is perfect for all type of bodies, levels, and improves many areas of our lives. I find it so good that my goal is to share it with all the people I can so we can all have a better quality of life.
